FLEX NEW DRIVER TRAINING

Flex is the division of Amazon that is responsible for recruiting and training drivers to handle “last mile” delivery of packages. With this project, the Flex team was looking to find a scalable solution to update their Flex driver on-boarding process. I pushed my team to think beyond an obvious solution and pitched an interactive mobile learning experience. After we won the job, I directed a 7-person team in the delivery of over 25 minutes of animated content to update the mobile training.

The result has been a much cleaner, more engaging, scalable solution for the Flex team. The drivers taking the training have responded positively to the improvement and there has been a measurable decrease in delivery errors and accidents.
